COVID-19 POLICY
SEVEN SPIRES WALCOTT COVID-19 POLICY (Updated 15th February 2021)
Should you experience COVID-19 symptoms before your stay and have not received a negative test result, you must not travel to Seven Spires Walcott.
COVID-19 symptoms
- High temperature
- New, continuous cough
- Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste
By arriving for your stay with us you confirm and accept that both guests have not been in contact with anyone that has tested positive for Covid19 in the 10 days prior to your arrival. You must not travel to Seven Spires Walcott if you have been advised by the NHS test and trace service to self-isolate. You may not self-isolate at Seven Spires Walcott.
If you experience COVID-19 symptoms during your stay you must inform us and you must return to your home address to isolate and be tested.
COVID-19 is a known risk therefore no longer unforeseen or unexpected and we suggest that guests take out travel insurance to cover the above circumstances. If you do not take out travel insurance it is the responsibility of the guest, not Seven Spires Walcott for any loss which you incur if your booking can not take place.
COVID-19 related Cancellation
COVID-19 National Lockdown
If Seven Spires Walcott is not able to open due to a national lockdown or local lockdown in Lincolnshire, imposed by government, the following options are applicable.
- You may reschedule your stay to another date of the same value or pay any difference in value.
- You may request a refund in full.
COVID-19 Regional Lockdown
If a local lockdown is imposed by government which affects your home address and this prevents you from travelling to Seven Spires Walcott, the following options are applicable.
- You may reschedule your stay to another date of the same value or pay any difference in value.
- You may request a refund in full.
Inability of any/ all guests to travel and stay at Seven Spires Walcott
Should you be required to self-isolate, shield or quarantine in relation to COVID-19 and this prevents you from staying at Seven Spires Walcott or be unable to complete your stay due to any other illness, unexpected personal circumstances, travel delay or breakdown, family emergency or jury service or military deployment for example, you will not have the right to cancel or receive a refund for your booking.
Only if we can re let the dates of your planned stay will Seven Spires Walcott refund the cost of your stay, less a £50 administration charge.
We suggest that guests take out travel insurance to cover any eventualities which may prevent you from making your stay at Seven Spires Walcott. If you do not take out travel insurance it is the responsibility of the guest, not Seven Spires Walcott for any loss which you incur if your booking can not take place.
